Financial Policy

For your convenience, we accept payments made with cash, checks, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Please let us know if you have questions about our financial policies or financing options prior to your treatment.

Appointment Policy

Our office hours are from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Thursday, and 7 am to 2 pm on Fridays. We can accommodate some early morning or evening appointments by arrangement for special circumstances. We will try to accommodate your schedule as best as we can. In return we ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to change your appointment so that we may offer your reserved time to another patient. Multiple broken appointments are a disruption in your treatment and hinder our ability to take care of our patients, thus you may be charged a “broken appointment fee.”
